Our motorbike club thrives on exciting rideouts, the ride is our top priority, because it's all about feeling the wind in your face and enjoying the freedom on two wheels. Equal rights are a matter of course for us - women are not only welcome, they are an important and equal asset to our club.
But the BRAVE RIDERS are not just about motorcycling. We also appreciate the good things in life - be it fine food or simply socialising with like-minded people: We cultivate our passion for motorbikes in a pleasant atmosphere and exchange ideas about the latest models, the best routes and the most exciting events.

No, we wear the armband as a common identification feature and it does not represent any political stance. On the contrary, we have members with different cultural backgrounds.
Membership of BRAVE RIDERS is basically open to all natural persons, regardless of the make of motorbike, who are resident in Switzerland and are interested in the aim and purpose of the association and active participation.

Yes, even if you don't have a motorcycle you can become a member of the BRAVE RIDERS. In this case it is a "simple membership".
The BRAVE RIDERS wear a red armband on their left arm – this must be worn at meetings and rides.
We maintain friendly relations with the biker scene and MCs and look forward to joint events and trips.
However, we do NOT wear frocks. We do not run a club pub. The BRAVE RIDERS have no special obligations. The only obligations are paying the annual membership fee, wearing the red armband, adhering to the charter, following the instructions of the board members and observing the safety rules on the road. Our club is recognised by the MC scene.
Anyone who has the time and inclination takes part in events. Women are represented in management positions and we are brand-neutral when it comes to motorbikes.
Yes, we also wear the ‘number patch’ accordingly.
Membership in the BRAVE RIDERS must be terminated in writing. All official club symbols (armbands and any patches) must be returned.
Yes, the BRAVE RIDERS carry out charity activities to support social issues. 10% of the proceeds also go to the charity fund.
If you follow the following simple rules, nothing will stand in the way of enjoying motorcycling with the BRAVE RIDERS:
Participation in all types of BRAVE RIDERS club events, especially trips, is at your own risk and responsibility. The club and its bodies assume no liability. Members insure themselves for all types of damage. Only the club's assets are liable for the club's debts. Personal liability of members is excluded.
The following safety principles apply to BRAVE RIDERS:
At the moment, the BRAVE RIDERS have the following functions, some of which are carried out by several people:
*The Road Captain must ride a Harley-Davidson style motorbike, such as an Indian or other chopper-style model, on group rides. It should be a motorbike that has a distinctive, robust and cruising aesthetic, characteristic of the typical Harley-Davidson or comparable chopper models with a ‘big’ touring motorbike from approx. 1600cm3).
Guests can take part in specific events/ride-outs and pay CHF 25.00 per ride as a contribution towards expenses, unless otherwise defined.
We differentiate between members with a motorcycle (full member) and members without a motorcycle (simple member).

The full amount is due from the time of registration for the entire calendar year.
We have invested heavily in the development of our organisation - from the development of the brand to the development of our website and the solution for member administration (including the member area). In addition, we regularly invest in marketing to further strengthen the BRAVE RIDERS community and make it visible to the outside world. This does not even include the countless volunteer hours of the functionaries behind all this.
As a member, you can take part in BRAVE RIDERS events free of charge and are also entitled to exclusive material. This equipment is provided to you during your membership and must be returned when you leave:
Wearing the armband is compulsory. Sewing on and wearing the patches on your personal motorbike jacket is voluntary.
